Mat Phong 0 Australium Fix

On a side not my os is 64 bit. Mat phong is a convar all you need to do is put mat phong 0 in your fps config you can put it directly in the console for comparison though it takes a while to remove all phongs from the map. Now i m not requesting you fix the skin mentioned above just asking for a fix to make the australium weapons gold but not the shiny gold that covers the whole weapon when using mat phong 0.
