Matlab Workspace Window Gone

My programming editing command and files windows are still fine but i need to see my workspace anybody know.

My command window has lost its mind. To restore the panel click the button. It does though the documentation does an excellent job of not saying much about it searching within the documentation got me nothing but a search engine got me to this helpful page. I was convinced that matlab is a research tool rather than a programming one.

I am using lastest matlab 7 13 r2011b release. I could not find solution on the web. For example if the workspace browser is in the left side panel click the button at the bottom left corner of the panel to collapse the panel. It behaves normally but after i type some commands and get some output the command window automatically scrolls up until i can t see what i just typed.

In matlab online you can minimize the workspace browser by collapsing the panel in which it resides.
